This powerful red blend of three grape varieties – Galotta, Garanoir and Cabernet Franc – was born on the sunny terraces next to Château des Crêtes. Part of the harvest is aged in old-fashioned crates for at least 6 weeks. After fermentation in oak barrels, the wine rests in barriques for more than one full cycle of the seasons.
