Clos de Plan-Chailly Chasselas 2024 is a white AOC Lavaux wine from the Tradition range, awarded a gold medal in 2025.
In the 17th century, the winegrowing activity of this walled vineyard was tied to the convent whose building still stands, and the plot is crossed by the Clos footpath, which bears witness to the winegrowing heritage of this place. A clos is defined by the harvest of a single plot with a uniform terroir and exposure, set apart from neighbouring estates by a clear boundary.
Powerful and mineral, this deeply rooted Chasselas shows great potential. Serve it as an aperitif, with fish, white meats or cheeses.
