The Divico from La Tour-de-Peilz 2024 is an AOC Lavaux red wine made from a grape variety resistant to vine diseases. Very rich in colour, it offers well-integrated tannins thanks to 14 months of ageing in 500-litre barrels, and a bouquet of black cherry, blackcurrant and spices.
Serve at 10–14 °C with grilled meats and game. It keeps for 2 to 5 years.
