The 40 producers in our cooperative cultivate their vines with passion and precision. Deeply attached to their land, these winegrowing families pass on their know-how from generation to generation, shaping an exceptional terroir with rigor and love.
At the winery, we see our winemakers as fellow travelers, brothers and sisters in the vineyard. We’re proud to transform their harvests into wines that we’d like the world to discover.
Overlooking the banks of the Clarens and Basset rivers, the Château des Crêtes (1865) is an architectural gem in the neo-Renaissance style, classified as a historic monument. Visible from the lake, it houses a vineyard cultivated by La Cave Vevey-Montreux, featuring Chasselas, Gamay, Pinot Noir, Garanoir and Cabernet Franc.
This Clos, whose origins date back to the 17th century, takes its name from the convent whose building still stands today. The Clos appellation was officially recognized in 2010. This unique site, criss-crossed by the Clos trail, produces wines from a single homogeneous parcel, defined by a precise exposure and terroir.
Built at the end of the 15th century on the ruins of an ancient monastery, this church is dedicated to Saint Vincent, the patron saint of winegrowers. It’s here that we produce the Cuvée Saint-Vincent, a magnificent Gamay with subtle aromas.
The vineyards of Montreux lie on alpine moraine, rich in gravel deposited by the Rhône glacier 15,000 years ago. Depending on the vintage, the wines produced from these soils reveal elegant fruitiness and controlled acidity. The commune cultivates over 17,000 m² of vines located at the foot of Château du Châtelard (“Es Ruffinel”) and in Chailly (“En Rouvelaunaz”).
Covering an area of over 30,000 m², the vineyards are located in the upper part of the commune, on soils of red marl, a 25-million-year-old rock. Tender and fissured, it allows the roots to plunge deeply and draw the water necessary for perfect ripening of the grapes, even in summer.
Blonay’s soils, known as colluviosols, were formed at the foot of the slopes by slow erosion. Filtering and rich in sand, gravel and pebbles, they produce elegant, fine wines marked by a fine minerality.
Located in the heart of the Vaud Riviera, the Montreux region boasts a spectacular setting. Its mild climate, generous sunshine and landscapes of wine-growing terraces, Alps and the shores of Lake Geneva create an ideal environment for vine-growing.
Between nature, culture and the art of living, this unique terroir gives birth to rich, expressive wines imbued with authenticity.
