Our Chardonnay is grown in beautifully exposed vineyards on the heights of Montreux, on “alpine moraine” soils. The wine is aged in barrels and rests on fine lees for a minimum of one year. This well-balanced, full-bodied wine is characterized by complex, fruity, floral and spicy aromas.

La Tour-de-Peilz Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc de la Tour-de-Peilz grows on red marl, a terroir perfectly suited to this grape variety. This is where it best expresses its intense aromatic dimension, characterized by aromas of redcurrant and blackcurrant buds, as well as a very pleasant freshness.

Montreux Garanoir

La Tour-de-Peilz Divico

Divico, a grape variety of the future, multi-resistant to vine and wine diseases, is very rich in color and with tannins that mellow thanks to 14 months' ageing in 500-liter barrels. Its bouquet is characterized by aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant and spices. Ideal with red meats and game.

Château des Crêtes Pinot Noir

Montreux Merlot

Our Merlot grapes thrive in the sunshine of the Vaud Riviera. After a long maceration, the wine is aged in oak barrels. With its magnificent garnet-red color, this Merlot has smooth, harmonious tannins: it subtly blends complex aromas of red fruit with light vanilla notes on the finish.

Réserve du Château Red blend

This powerful red blend of three grape varieties - Galotta, Garanoir and Cabernet Franc - was born on the sunny terraces next to Château des Crêtes. Part of the harvest is aged in old-fashioned crates for at least 6 weeks. After fermentation in oak barrels, the wine rests in barriques for more than one full cycle of the seasons.
