The Cave Montreux Riviera has just launched “Storni” (“starlings” in Italian, a nod to the Aosta Valley origins of oenologist Alexis Praz). The Montreux wort is entrusted to the Brasserie du Jorat, in Ropraz, which produces a beer composed of 20% Chasselas. “The aim is to offer a local, young and” in “IGA (Italian Grape Ale) craft beer that contains a percentage of the beloved, indigenous Swiss grape variety, Chasselas”.
